What is Paracord?
Paracord is a collection of threads braided within a woven nylon sheath. It has a breaking strength of approximately 249kg per strand (a collar is made of at least 3 strands).
What is Biothane?
Biothane is a polyester webbing with a TPU coating that makes it more durable, waterproof, and easy to clean. Its breaking strength is approximately 340kg.
How do flea and tick collars work?
EM ceramic beads create an electromagnetic wave field that makes your pet invisible to ticks.
This is a natural product that needs to be recharged every 10 to 15 days; it's very simple to do: just soak the collar in clear water and then let it air dry (sunlight is recommended but not necessary as the beads are recharged by UV rays)
How do I measure my pet's neck size?
Two solutions are available to you:
- You can take a tape measure to measure the neck size; be careful not to pull the tape too tight!
- You can take an old collar and measure it.
How do I maintain my accessories?
Simply rinse them with water, and use a brush and soap if necessary. You can also machine wash your accessories on a very gentle cycle.
Remember to rinse the buckles after each exposure to seawater, as it is very corrosive.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are approximately 30 days.
If you require a shorter delivery time, you can select 15-day shipping at checkout for an additional fee.
I would like to pick up my order in Dunkirk, how does that work?
In the email notifying you that your order is ready, you will find a link to book a time slot to come and collect your order. All information will be specified in the link.
